Senior Manager – Total Quality Management

Position Overview
Reporting to the Vice President – Operations, the Senior Manager – Total Quality Management will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the Company’s Total Quality Management Program (TQMP).

This position supports the TQMP review process, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of data for presentation to appropriate committees and customer review. The position is accountable for quality of care concerns, including accurate and timely documentation. The Senior Manager – Total Quality Management works to maintain a highly functioning quality organization, characterized by teamwork, cooperation, workflow efficiency, and customer service.

Accountabilities

  • Preparation of work schedule to ensure the overall total quality.
  • Formation of task forces and organizing work in quality projects.
  • Identifying, reviewing and providing the performance of departments and sections according to the specifications previously agreed.
  • Measure the performance of departments verses the objectives agreed within the policies and standards.
  • Work to improve the quality procedure and forms & surveys currently in use that does not conflict with strategies, laws and regulations.
  • Following the work of measurements & analysis of the results of performance of activities & joint operations and submit reports to Vice President – Operations.
  • Follow the performance of all employees to quality procedures and identify training needs to develop their skills in line with the requirements of work and results of performance measurements.
  • Participate in related meetings.
  • Regular meeting with member of the department and the coordinators of Quality committees.
  • Continue updating site regarding Total Quality Management activities.
  • Practice integrity, reliability and honesty in all business transactions.
  • Customer service and risk management.
  • Maintenance of databases and client files.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Deliverables during First 12 to 24 Months

  • Preparation and implementation of quality plans for Kallo operations.
  • Assist in design requirements, development and testing, in conjunction with software developers, engineering and key operational staff towards the continuous improvement of an enhanced QA program.
  • Develop policies and standard operating procedures in conjunction with key individuals and departments across the organization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the Company's departments such as Internal IT, Professional Services, Project Management Office, Procurement, Engineering, and any others as determined applicable to the duties of TQM.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in TQM.
  • Minimum 8 years work experience.

    Certifications Required:

    • Six Sigma Black Belt
    • ITIL
    • SEI CMM
    • ISO for all functional areas
    • ECRI for Biomed
    • Environment friendly – Going Green
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and hospital based information systems.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, SOX, PIPEDA.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and a team player.
  • Ability to handle high volume workload.
  • Solid PC skills: MS Office & web based applications.
  • Ability to work with field offices considering cross-cultural sensitivities and respect at all times.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with aptitude for accuracy and details.
  • Flexible with ability to meet deadlines and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Proven experience to lead in the achievement of results.
  • Experience with a multinational organization.
  • Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Good logical, interpersonal, written and oral communication abilities.
  • Ability to develop, organize and implement procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to facilitate teams and resolve conflict effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise critical judgment related to prioritization and delegation of tasks.
  • Strong team building, problem solving and analytic skills including problem identification, analysis, and resolution.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong execution ability, with an energetic ‘can-do’ attitude, and an ability to drive and manage change is important.
  • Travel will be required to customer sites and Kallo office locations.
