Drew Coderre

Mr. Coderre is an accomplished Human Resources Leader who has enjoyed impressive results working as a strategic HR Business Partner and also in operational HR leadership roles. A graduate of McGill University, he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a Major in Industrial Relations.

Drew held a number of senior Human Resources leadership roles with two global, industry-leading technology companies, Sun Microsystems and Compaq, and also with smaller Canadian companies. During his 10 years at Sun Microsystems, and throughout his career, he always maintained a continuing commitment to learn and understand the needs of the business and subsequently develop and execute an effective HR strategy that translates executive goals and vision into operational programs and strategies. The goal was always to improve individual and organizational performance, and to drive higher levels of engagement. This ultimately earned him the position of HR Country Manager and Business Partner to the Canadian President.

Mr. Coderre has worked very closely with many senior leaders on determining the key attributes and performance criteria to focus on in order to source and hire the person who is most likely to achieve success in each role. His ability to assess, select and hire the individual who represents the best fit is exceptional. It will continue to serve him well as he builds and develops the Kallo Inc. domestic and international team.
